1. Who these terms cover

Cleared is operated by WRKTXT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“WRKTXT”). Altior is the football agency using Cleared to receive profiles, manage scouting, and administer consent. “You” means an authorized agency user, a player, or a parent or guardian using the public pages.

These terms govern use of Cleared itself. Any separate agreement between WRKTXT and Altior governs the agency’s subscription, service scope, and fees if they conflict with these terms. Any separate agreement between Altior and a player or family governs Altior’s recruitment or representation services.

Prospective agencies may use the public demos and submit a business call request directly to WRKTXT. Doing so does not purchase a subscription, schedule an appointment, create an agreement with Altior, or authorize any player-profile sharing.

2. Using Cleared

Agency users must be authorized by Altior, provide accurate account information, safeguard their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. They may use Cleared only for Altior’s legitimate player intake, consent, scouting, and sharing workflow.

Players and families may use public pages to submit profile information, provide or manage consent, and send requested materials. Players under 13 must have a parent or guardian contact Altior. A parent or legal guardian must participate in consent for a player under 18 through the current workflow. Age rules can differ by location; Altior must follow the rules that apply to each player.

3. Consent and profile sharing

Submitting a profile does not create a representation agreement and does not by itself authorize sharing with a club. A separate consent step applies before a profile is shared. The consent statement explains the intended sharing scope.

A family may withdraw consent through its consent-management link or by contacting Altior. Cleared can disable future access through its links, but withdrawal cannot recall copies already downloaded or held by a recipient. Altior is responsible for honoring consent choices and managing its relationships with clubs and agents.

4. Your information and permissions

You remain responsible for information and materials you submit and for having authority to provide them. Do not submit another person’s personal information or media without appropriate permission.

You authorize Altior to use information you submit for the purposes described in its forms and consent statements. To provide Cleared, you authorize WRKTXT LLC to host and process that information as directed by Altior. WRKTXT LLC does not receive a right to use player materials for unrelated advertising or promotion.

5. Rules for using the service

You must not:

• Access another person’s account or records without authorization, or share private links outside their intended purpose.
• Use Cleared to violate a person’s privacy, bypass a consent decision, or upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, or infringing material.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its security, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
• Use the service to make a misleading claim that WRKTXT or Cleared guarantees representation, a trial, a transfer, employment, or a professional contract.

6. The service and third parties

Cleared provides software for profile intake, consent administration, scouting records, and controlled profile sharing. It does not itself act as a football agent, make selection decisions, provide legal advice, or guarantee any sporting or commercial outcome. Altior is responsible for its evaluation and recruitment decisions.

The service may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued, and WRKTXT does not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Links to video, file, email, or other third-party services are subject to those providers’ terms and availability.

7. Fees

These pages do not establish a charge to a player or family. Any fees WRKTXT charges Altior for software access, and any separate fees Altior may charge for its own services, must be stated in a separate agreement or other clear notice before they are due.

8. Ownership

WRKTXT LLC and its licensors own Cleared, including its software, design, and branding, except for third-party materials. Subject to these terms and any separate written agreement, WRKTXT grants Altior a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cleared for its internal agency operations while access is authorized.

You or the relevant rights holder retain rights in information and materials submitted to Cleared. No public display or marketing use of player materials is authorized by these terms.

9. Suspension and ending access

Altior may remove its users’ access. WRKTXT may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, legal, or service-integrity concerns, and will provide notice where appropriate. Players and families may stop using public pages and may withdraw consent as described above.

Ending access does not automatically erase records Altior must retain. Deletion and retention are handled under the Privacy Policy and any written agreement between WRKTXT and Altior.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cleared is provided “as is” and “as available.” WRKTXT does not promise that the service will meet every agency requirement, remain error-free, or produce any particular recruitment outcome. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of Cleared. WRKTXT LLC’s total liability arising from Cleared will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the fees Altior paid WRKTXT for Cleared during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law and does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right. Altior’s separate services and obligations remain Altior’s responsibility.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, courts located in Wyoming will hear disputes relating to these terms. Mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live are not waived.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the current version here and update its revision date. Continued use after a revision takes effect means acceptance only where applicable law permits; material changes will be communicated where required.
